The Family Therapy Institute offers a coordinated series of workshops and seminars designed to help mental health professionals build competency in the practice of marriage and family therapy. Seminars blend theory, practice, and ethics in experiential elements in a way that builds professional competency.
All workshops and seminars provided by the Institute are approved from all LPC’s, LMFT’s, licensed Psychologists, and social workers. For participants who are dual license holders, all earned CEH’s will count toward the renewal of both licenses, including the ethics requirement. This program is co-sponsored by the LSUS Department of Psychology.
