Paralegal Institute

Since 1975, thousands of people have already enjoyed the success of becoming Paralegals through LSUS! Isn’t it time you joined them? The LSUS Paralegal Institute offers a non-credit certificate program in paralegal studies tailored to meet the educational needs of career-oriented students. The curriculum is designed to provide students with an understanding of the basic legal concepts that will enable them to function effectively in various legal settings. The program--consisting of eight courses--may be completed in two semesters. All courses are taught by local attorneys and judges, bringing real world experience into the classroom. Classes begin September 11 and end December 6.  Call (318) 798-4177 or (800) 290-2378 for more information and a separate brochure. (Note: Due to the academic nature of this program, homework assignments and testing are necessary to fulfill course requirements.)
