Satellite Teleconferences	$50 per hour, maximum of $300 for all day, plus a $25 one-time set-up fee
Video over IP	$50 per hour, maximum of $300 for all day, plus a $25 one-time set-up fee

Rental Fees must be paid in advance. Rentals are for on-campus use only.

The rental of University facilities does not authorize the collection of fees by non-University groups unless approved by the Dean of Continuing Education and Public Service. If such fees are approved, an income and expense summary of the activity must be provided to the Division of Continuing Education and Public Service who may assess an additional charge.
The LSU Board of Supervisors policy on use of University facilities prohibits the use of University property for fund raising.
