Software Installation
At set-up fee of $25 and a copy of the site license will be required in order for software to be loaded by LSUS personnel.
All charges are subject to University Policy and Procedures. Rental Fees must be paid in advance.
The rental of University facilities does not authorize the collection of fees by non-University groups unless approved by the Dean of Continuing Education and Public Service. If such fees are approved, an income and expense summary of the activity must be provided to the Division of Continuing Education and Public Service who may assess an additional charge.
The LSU Board of Supervisors policy on use of University facilities prohibits the use of University property for fund raising.
