All course fees include a $10 non-refundable handling fee. Certain Programs deem different policies regarding discounts and refunds. Such programs include Basic Motorcycle Rider Safety Course and the Nursing Program. For more information, please view the courses on our website or call (318) 798-4177.

For all other programs, participants who must withdraw from a course are required to do so two (2) business days before the course begins in order to be issued a 100% refund (less the handling fee).  Participants who withdraw the day before a course begins will be issued a 50% refund (less the handling fee) or have the opportunity to apply the refund to a future course.  No refunds will be issued once a course begins.  LSUS reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.  If such cancellation occurs, a 100% refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued to payer only. In cases where a business pays for an employee, the business will be refunded. All refunds are processed through the LSUS Accounting Services. Refunds can take up to thirty (30) days to process and mail out or to be posted on your credit card statement. If you have not received your refund, or it has not been posted on your credit card statement within thirty (30) days, please contact the LSUS Division of Continuing Education at (318) 798-4177.


**Unpaid Attendance Policy

All courses held through the LSUS Division of Continuing Education require a PRE-REGISTERED PAYMENT IN FULL before students may attend classes.  Students MAY NOT bring an unpaid student into a class for any reason without prior consent from LSUS CE staff. 

Students who attend a class without pre-registering will be asked to leave and instructed to make a PAYMENT IN FULL to LSUS CE if they wish to continue attending classes.
